Neodgovoran i nepažljiv odnos države prema dobrima i vrijednostima u Opštini Kotor ostavio je velike posledice kad je u pitanju pad kvaliteta javnih usluga. Nova opštinska vlast neće čekati na dotacije sa centralnog nivoa, već će, u skladu sa pravnim i ekonomskim mogućnostima, pomoći funkcionisanje svih javnih institucija u Kotoru.
Skladno i dinamično funkcionisanje cjelokupnog javnog institucionalnog sistema u Kotoru jedan je od naših glavnih ciljeva. U tom pravcu Opština je opredijelila 15.000 eura za sanaciju sanitarnog čvora u Opštoj bolnici Kotor. Nedopustivo je da u XXI vijeku ne budu svi kapaciteti zdravstvenih ustanova u punom obimu funkcionalni i da se u njih ne ulaže adekvatno, planski i pravovremeno. Takođe, opredijeljeno je i više od 2.500 eura za pomoć radu Istorijskog arhiva. To iz razloga što je društvena misija ove institucije od izuzetnog značaja za očuvanje posebnosti našeg grada i izvor izuzetnih saznanja o gradu i državi.
Staranje o opštim dobrima Kotora je naša i moralna i politička obaveza. Stoga pomažemo i pomagaćemo, kako institucionalno, tako i finansijski, funkcionisanje svih javnih institucija u Kotoru. Za razliku od prethodne vlasti, mi nijesmo nemarni u odnosu na ono što su nematerijalna dobra Kotora. Za razliku od prethodne vlasti mi finansijski konsolidujemo Opštinu Kotor i zato možemo pomoći i javne institucije, kao i socijalno ugrožene slojeve stanovnistva. Samo ona vlast koja ima orijentaciju prema opštem dobru može učiniti da cjelokupni kapaciteti lokalnog javnog sektora budu nepresušan faktor socio-ekonomskog razvoja našeg grada.
Nećemo čekati na one od kojih Kotor može dočekati samo devastaciju. Svoj grad najviše volimo, posvećeni smo njegovom opštem dobru i sami ćemo dati sve što je do nas da bude uspješan, napredan i grad u stalnom usponu – kaže se u saopštenju iz kabineta predsjednika opštine Kotor.
THE MUNICIPAITY OF KOTOR PROVIDES 15,000€ FOR RECOVERY OF SNITARY FACILITIES IN GENERAL HOSPITAL
The irresponsible and careless attitude of the central government towards public goods and values in the Municipality of Kotor has left significant consequences regarding the decline in the quality of public services. The new local authorities will not wait for grants from the central level, but in accordance with the legal and economic possibilities, will help functioning of all public institutions in Kotor.
The harmonious and dynamic functioning of the entire public institutional system in Kotor is one of our main goals. In that direction, the Municipality has committed 15,000 euros for recovery of the sanitary facility in the General Hospital in Kotor. It is unacceptable that, in the 21st century, not all capacities of healthcare institutions are fully functional and not adequately invested, according to a plan and in a timely manner. Also, more than 2,500 euros have been committed to assist the work of the Historical Archives. This is because the social mission of this institution is of great importance for the preservation of the special features of our city and the source of extraordinary knowledge about the city and the state.
Care about the common good of Kotor is our moral and political obligation. Therefore, we help and assist, both institutionally and financially, the functioning of all public institutions in Kotor. Unlike the previous local government, we are not negligible in relation to the intangible cultural good of Kotor. Unlike the previous local government, we financially consolidate the Municipality of Kotor and therefore we can help public institutions, as well as socially vulnerable layers of the population. Only the local government that has the orientation towards the common good can make the entire capacity of the local public sector a lasting factor of socio-economic development of our city.
We will not for those from whom Kotor can only receive devastation to take a step. We love our city most, we are dedicated to its common good and we will give our best in order to help it be successful, progressive and a constantly rising city.
